1. Age Requirement
SPEET is designed exclusively for adults aged 18 years and older. We do not allow users under the age of 18 to create accounts or use our services.

- Registration Requirement: Users must confirm they are 18 or older during account registration
- Date of Birth Verification: Users must provide their date of birth to verify age eligibility
- Account Termination: Accounts found to belong to users under 18 will be immediately terminated

The following content and conduct are strictly prohibited on SPEET:

- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind
- Sexual content involving minors, including illustrations, AI-generated images, or any other format
- Content that sexualizes minors in any way
- Content that promotes or glorifies child exploitation
- Content depicting minors in inappropriate or suggestive contexts
- Any material that could be considered child exploitation under applicable laws
2.2 Prohibited Conduct
- Attempting to contact or groom minors
- Soliciting sexual content from minors
- Sharing, distributing, or requesting CSAM
- Any behavior that puts minors at risk
- Misrepresenting age to interact with minors
- Using the platform to facilitate any form of child exploitation
3. Detection and Prevention
We employ multiple measures to detect and prevent child exploitation on our platform:

- Age Gates: Age verification requirements during registration
- Content Moderation: Automated and manual review of user-generated content
- Profile Review: Review of profile pictures and content for policy compliance
- Behavioral Monitoring: Detection of suspicious patterns that may indicate exploitation

5. Enforcement Actions
When we identify violations of this policy, we take immediate and decisive action:

- Content Removal: Immediate removal of violating content
- Account Suspension: Immediate suspension of the offending account
- Permanent Ban: Permanent prohibition from using SPEET
- Evidence Preservation: Preservation of relevant evidence for law enforcement
5.2 Reporting to Authorities
- We report all apparent violations of child exploitation laws to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by U.S. law
- We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations
- We preserve and provide evidence as legally required
