SPEET is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

The owners and operators of SPEET make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

2. User Safety & Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for:

• Their interactions with other users
• Verifying the identity of people they choose to meet
• Taking appropriate safety precautions when meeting in person
• Reporting inappropriate behavior or content

3. Location-Based Services

SPEET uses location-based services to connect users. Users acknowledge that:

• Location data may not always be accurate or up-to-date
• The Company is not responsible for consequences arising from inaccurate location information
• Users are solely responsible for their safety when meeting other users
• The Company does not verify the identity or background of users

4. Content Standards & Profile Pictures

Profile Picture Requirements:

• Must show your actual face and be appropriate for a social networking platform
• Must not contain nudity, sexually explicit content, or inappropriate imagery
• Must not contain offensive, discriminatory, or harmful content
• Must not violate intellectual property rights or privacy of others

Enforcement & Violations:

• SPEET reserves the right to immediately remove inappropriate content without notice
• Accounts may be suspended or permanently terminated for violations
• No refunds will be provided for accounts terminated due to policy violations
• Repeated violations may result in permanent platform bans

5. User-Generated Content & Communications

SPEET allows users to post, share, and communicate content. The Company:

• Does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of user-generated content
• Is not responsible or liable for content posted by users
• Reserves the right to remove content that violates community guidelines
• May monitor and review content at our discretion for safety and compliance

6. Privacy & Data Protection

While the Company implements reasonable security measures:

• No method of internet transmission is 100% secure
• Users provide personal information at their own risk
• The Company cannot guarantee absolute security of user data
• Data breaches, while unlikely, are possible and users acknowledge this risk

7. Age Restrictions

• SPEET is intended for users 18 years of age and older
• Users are responsible for accurately representing their age
• The Company is not liable for interactions involving users who misrepresent their age
• Parents/guardians are responsible for monitoring minors' internet activity

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Service Availability

The Company reserves the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time
• Change features, functionality, or pricing with reasonable notice
• Terminate user accounts for violations of terms of service

• Email Notice: Message to your registered email address
